We've been working on a host of improvements to our product over the last couple of months, and we're excited to share with you today what's new:

New Platform Integrations

We've added support for 6 new platforms with one-click OAuth connections:

  • Amazon Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Microsoft Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Snapchat Ads
  • WordPress

Plus 6 new manual platforms: ActiveCampaign, Apple Search Ads, Hotjar, Reddit Ads, Webflow, and Wix.

Redesigned Mobile Experience

AgencyAccess now works beautifully on mobile devices:

  • New bottom navigation bar for quick access to Dashboard, Clients, Access Pages, and Settings
  • Full navigation drawer for everything else
  • Improved touch targets and responsive layouts throughout the app

Improved LinkedIn Flow

The LinkedIn access request flow has been completely redesigned with a smoother 3-phase process: OAuth login, auto-filled profile details, and a manual fallback option.

Intake Forms Improvements

  • Better field validation for card details and other inputs
  • Drag-and-drop question reordering now works reliably
  • Zapier integration settings only appear when you have an active integration

Access Detective - Smarter Error Resolution

When a client can't grant access due to permission issues, AgencyAccess now automatically diagnoses the problem and shows actionable steps to resolve it - across all platforms:

  • Automatic error diagnosis - Detects common permission errors (expired tokens, insufficient roles, missing admin access) and explains exactly what went wrong
  • Step-by-step resolution guidance - Multilingual instructions (English, Spanish, Dutch) tailored to each platform's admin panel
  • Shareable diagnostic links - Clients can forward a link to their IT admin or account owner with full issue context
  • Agency notifications - If an issue remains unresolved for 2 hours, agency owners receive an email with suggested actions
  • Admin identification - For Google and Meta, the system identifies specific people in the client's organization who have the permissions to help

Supported across Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Merchant Center), Meta (Ads, Pages, Instagram, Pixel), LinkedIn, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon Ads.

Meta API v24

All Facebook and Instagram integrations have been upgraded to the latest Meta API (v24), with improved security for API authentication and more accurate role assignments for Instagram.

Under the Hood

  • Upgraded to React 19 and Next.js 16 for faster page loads and better performance
  • Security and infrastructure improvements across the board
  • Improved error handling and reliability throughout the app
